Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen in LevelPenny, SkuClinic or CartonClinic, choose Forgot password?. We email you a link that works once, for 1 hour. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive, or email carinadataworks@gmail.com from the address on your account. (Casino Night accounts don’t use email, so there is no password reset there.)

Billing, changing or cancelling a plan
Open the app’s Account screen and choose Manage billing. It opens Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can update your card or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Deleting your account
Open the app’s Account screen and choose Delete account. It deletes your account and synced data right away and cancels any subscription. Data saved in your browser stays until you clear the site’s data in your browser settings.

Your data
To see, get a copy of, or delete your data, email us. Each paid app can also export your data yourself (for example LevelPenny’s Download backup and CartonClinic’s Export backup).
